All around the world, in all French accredited schools, 50% of the pupils are not French speaking pupils. They regularly enroll pupils who are not French-speaking and who originate from not French-speaking families. These pupils are paid special attention in our institution.
In preschool (from 3-4 years group/ Petite Section to 5-6 years group/Grande Section)
The presence of two teachers for limited number of children in a group allows activities in groups and special devotion to the French language. In our education we use “duet” i.e. usage of French and Macedonian language so that new terms could be introduced and explained in order to set solid basics in learning French language.
Better communication enables parent to follow their child’s progress, and our team is available for any observation in terms of studying, as well as child’s progress. At this age, progress is rapid, and the results are substantial.
In Primary School (from the age of 6 to 11 years)
Simultaneously to the regular education, there are additional lessons in French language for not French-speaking pupils with teachers in French language as a foreign language so that excellent results could be achieved, especially in First Grade and Second Grade. This success is due to the limited number of pupils in classes.
What should be emphasized is the daily help in doing homework in order not to “bring school at home”. Education is at school.

A group of our experienced parents are always available to share and exchange their experience.
EFIS also suggests lessons for adults for reasonable price for parents so that they could join their children in studying and most of all to share this adventure.
The aim of admission of not French-speaking children is to enable these pupils and their families enrollment in the French accredited educational system and to take advantage of the many choices it offers: multinational continuity, prices, cheap universities, acknowledged certificates…) English language is basic subject , in times of big competition , our pupils at primary school become trilingual, they can freely devote to fourth language without any difficulties and without interference in their individual development.
